I'm finally taking a much needed break from lesson planning. It's hard to believe school starts next week. Where did the summer go? Today was a core strength training day, I was glad to not have to be out in the heat. Tomorrow is the last day of W2. I hope we'll be able to complete all of the three minute run intervals next week.
In addition to the exercise, I also decided to start counting calories...something I've never done before. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully well and some weight will start to slowly come off.
