I knew today wasn't going to go well when I stepped outside and immediately began to sweat. My pace was a little off, but at least I did finish. One more day of W2 then on to three minute runs in my intervals. Sure hope it cools off a bit or I may have to start getting up at 6 am. Seeing as school starts next week, I may have to do that anyway. More daylight to get more done, right? Day 3 of 100 done!
