Since we're trying to finish up DS's P.E. for school, I decided to skip rest days. Rather than doing each week 3 days, we'll do them for 5 days. Running at White Oak Park is great since it's more like trail running, without all the tree roots, and reversing direction gives a completely different feel. We did that today, not sure if it's the reverse direction or moving furniture yesterday that caused us to slow down a bit today, but still not bad for the second day.
