A Bonus Goal

Yesterday, while reading through the runner forum on active.com I came across a 100 day discussion.  I thought, what a great idea, so I've decided to incorporate it in my 5K training...100 consecutive days of exercise.  Since I took a rest day this past Sunday, this will be day 2.  Although today is a non-running day, we did 40 minutes of core strength training.  On to day 3...
